L the Voyeur (Death Note/X-Men crossover)

This is a 15-minute prompt ficlet set in an alternate-universe, crossover, spanking RPG, in which various unusually-gifted characters from several different fandoms (such as Prince of Tennis/Changechildren, Death Note, and X-Men, etc) all live in the same school. The prompt is posted at the end of the ficlet.

This is a follow-up to a ficlet posted by Bewize here:

L the Voyeur (Death Note/X-Men crossover)

I had just gotten off a long phone conversation with Watari, the man who is like my father, and my ‘little brothers’, Mello and Near. They were in England, at Wammy’s House, and I missed them all very much. As glad as I was to speak with them, ending the call made me feel lonely. Thus, I went in search of Light-kun. Some cuddling from my boyfriend would make me feel better.

I went to our room in hopes of finding him there. And so I did, but not at his desk or reading a book. Instead, I was treated to the startling view of my in-control, perfectly put-together lover in the ignominious position of being over Logan-sensei’s lap. Light-kun’s well-formed naked derriere was up-ended and twitching reflexively, awaiting the adults’ version of inevitable justice.

“Excuse me, Sensei, Light-kun,” I said. “The door was not locked.”

“It’s all right, kid. It’s your room, after all.”

Light-kun and I locked eyes briefly, and I wondered if he could tell what seeing him like this was already doing to me. Perhaps not, since my emotions don’t tend to make themselves known outwardly. However, Light-kun is better than most at deciphering what’s behind my eyes.

Logan began spanking him then, saying something about how Light-kun had chosen the venue. I wasn’t sure how that happened, but it didn’t matter. I was too intrigued with watching Light-kun’s reaction to the punishment.

Unlike the last time I had seen him subjected to such discipline, he seemed unable to keep his composure. Like a stubborn child, he fought against Logan’s strong hold, begging and protesting. He reminded me of Mello, who had never gone quietly through such experiences. I should be ashamed to admit that once again, I watched every moment, finding it too irresistible to see Light-kun brought to such a level and yet also feeling both pity and empathy at once. I remembered too clearly the spanking we’d received from Dr. McCoy recently and knew the embarrassment and pain now had to be doubled, as we at least had remained clothed then.

What if it were me in this position, helpless and with my bare bottom red and burning for anyone to see? Especially knowing my rival/boyfriend was watching it all? I felt parts of me tighten and had an almost overwhelming urge to go over and lay my cool palm against the heat of Light-kun’s tortured flesh.

Fortunately, I did not have the chance to act on that impulse. The spanking ended, and Light-kun dressed, bowed, and apologized to Logan-sensei, who left us alone. Light did not speak to me, but stretched out on the bed like he wanted to be left alone. I went out on a mission then, to acquire some soothing cream for his skin, but he was asleep when I returned. I put the cream aside and crawled carefully onto the bed, spooning him with my own body, slipping one arm around him. I hoped that even in his subconscious, my presence would give him comfort, and when he awoke, that he would allow me to soothe his physical wounds as well, despite my unforgivable voyeurism.
