Sprefvent - Compilation 53 (Crossover) *GAME RE-START*

The following wasn't written as a fic, but rather as (edited) excerpts from a spanking RPG called ‘Spanking Refugee Vent’ or ‘Sprefvent’ for short. Since the Jan 2009 re-set of the game, I’m playing characters from X-Men, Kamen Rider Kiba, and several ‘real person’ Tenimyu performers. The use of the term ‘Changechildren’ comes from my fic series of the same name. Same-sex relationships may be included, ages are altered; nothing is necessarily canon. Please note that although spanking is the main topic in the RPG, characters are allowed to vent about other things, so not ALL excerpts may contain spanking.

*Note* This first chapter of the re-set may contain parts of profiles previously used in Sprefvent, but re-worked to fit this new version of the game.

Hey all!

It looks like this is going to be an interesting (albeit small) community. I’ll tell you right off that I’m not used to this kind of living, but the advent of these powers seemed to necessitate a change.

I’m Saitoh Yasuka, and I’m 17 years old. I’m living with Furukawa Yuuta (16) and Aiba Hiroki (15), both of which I met when we performed in the same stage musical series. We were doing okay in our own lives until recently, when we all began to manifest these strange powers.

The problems started when I disappeared one day. No, I didn’t run away; I vanished, ceased to be seen, was, in fact, invisible. Yuuta was with me in the dressing room at the time, and his girlie scream was my first clue something was wrong. I turned to look at him and he was pointing open-mouthed at me. When I demanded to know what was wrong, he turned me toward the large mirror we were standing in front of. He was the only one in it.

Yuuta’s screaming brought Hiroki into the room at a run – straight through the door. Did I mention the door was closed and he didn’t bother to open it? Yeah, THROUGH the door. That made Yuuta scream again, but luckily everyone else was already in the wings, waiting to go on, and no one heard.

We had our private little panic session but the show must go on. Once I reappeared and Hiroki was sure he could no longer walk through solid objects, we had to forget our weirdness and persevere. Out on stage, we were an hour into the show when I apparently went invisible again. Then Hiroki began to fall through the floor. Yuuta didn’t have to scream this time; the audience and our co-stars did that for him. He instead ran to the front of the stage and said firmly, “Everyone relax, there’s nothing to be afraid of, stay calm and everything will be back to normal shortly!”

To our amazement, the entire audience and even our co-stars went silent. Their body language relaxed. Even Hiroki and I felt inexplicably better, and while he and I managed to make ourselves, uh, normal again, Yuuta continued to croon calming words to everyone that were having a real effect on all of us.

“Yuuta!” I hissed, getting an idea. “Tell them to forget this ever happened!” I paused. “But try not to include Hiroki and I, okay?”

He looked uncertain at first, then resolute. He turned slowly, speaking in a voice that was beginning to sound more enticing and appealing – the kind that you would want to keep hearing forever. A voice you could fall in love with. It was a little frightening, but just what we needed right then.

It wasn’t until we’d finished the rest of the show and met backstage that we realized it wasn’t just Yuuta’s voice that was magical – when he looked straight at us, we reeled. We would have cheerfully jumped off a cliff for him if he asked, and we informed him that he obviously had a problem like ours that needed some help and advice.

Fortunately for us all, help was in the audience. A very tall man and an exquisitely beautiful woman were waiting to talk to us when we exited the theatre. He called himself Bishop, and the woman was Maya. They said that they alone had not been completely controlled by Yuuta’s siren-song of a voice, and they remembered seeing me disappear and Hiroki sinking into the ground. They called us Changechildren, and said that a lot of kids had been turning up with strange powers that they couldn’t control right away. They wanted to help us.

We talked for a long time. Bishop and Maya told us that they were of a race called Fangire, and in fact, were two of the Checkmate Four – King, Queen (Maya), Bishop, and Rook. Bishop (who did not use a human name) and Maya had betrayed the King and run off together. They no longer wanted to feed on humans the way other Fangire did; they wanted to help kids who were developing these strange powers and had nowhere else to turn. I think they also really wanted to be parents, but didn’t want to continue the Fangire race to do it.

Our own parents were willing enough to let us go with them once they met with the two of them. Our powers frightened them, and they could see how we were struggling to come to grips with them. We’ll keep in touch with them from this new home of ours with Bishop and Maya.

With all that background crap out of the way, here’s a little about us personally. I’m pretty short, only 5’6”, and I’m not only an actor/singer/model, but I practice gymnastics. In some of my most recent works, I’ve had to dress up like a girl – more specifically, a prostitute – for a stage play. I get into a lot of trouble. I’m not sure how; it just seems to follow me. Funny that. I think this invisibility thing could come in handy that way!

Yuuta, our resident Siren, is 5’10”, graceful and beautiful, and sings like an angel. He writes his own music and lyrics, too (and just had his first mini-album come out!) His most favorite thing to do, though, is dance. This is a boy who dances when he walks – he’s trained in ballet, jazz, modern, all of it. He’s quite soft-spoken and one might think he was shy if they hadn’t seen him when lost in the world of a dance or modelling for a photo shoot. For all his quiet personality, Yuuta has a temper that he’ll show if pushed too far. He’s got a new movie coming out soon which will show off his dancing like crazy.

Hiroki, 5’ 9”, is another kid who grew up dancing, but his specialty was street-dancing. He used to be a member of a three-man dance troupe, but then he was ‘discovered’ and went on to musicals and tv, movies, plays – the works. He’s a big favorite in the idol boy magazines, and is on the cover of Cool Up practically every month. He’s the only one of the three of us so far to have done a nude scene in a movie (and he’s the youngest of us!) He’s a lot of fun to be around because he’s a total mischievous goofball. I shudder to think what he’ll do with his new Phasing power (and the opposite Solid-as-Rock power that accompanied it – we found out about that one day when I went to smack him playfully and nearly broke my wrist!)

As for our adults, Bishop is quite serious – when he looks at you, you feel compelled to tell the truth (unless you’re good at avoiding that nasty thing, like I am XD.) Of course that might have something to do with his being 6’ 2” and towering over the rest of us. He can be very supportive and kind, but he’s definitely the strict disciplinarian in our house. Maya is 5’ 3” and is very much the nurturing mother; sweet, soft-spoken, never raises her voice. Her way of scolding is almost worse than Bishop’s, because you feel so bad for having disappointed her. She’s a loving, wonderful person. We’re lucky to have them both.

And that’s about it for now! Living is this small area, going to a tiny school – it’s going to be weird for us, but we’ll be happy to get to know you all!

Yasuka

My name is Suzumura Rei, I’m sixteen years old and I’m a Makai Knight (Silver Fang Zero.) I’m also a werewolf.

Every city has a Makai Knight, sometimes two, if it’s really big. Our job is to destroy the Horrors that find their way into our world. Horrors are demons that devour humans, and sometimes they’ll even possess them first, so they can get close to more victims. I use twin swords, martial arts, armour and spiritual fire to fight and kill the Horrors.

I wish I had been wearing my armour the day a Horror possessed a human that also happened to be a werewolf. Maybe then the scratch it managed to inflict on me would have been cured by a Reverser and all would be well. The scratch healed, all right, but the lycanthropy virus did not.

My partner, Silva, was first to notice something was wrong with me. She’s a sentient piece of Madou jewelry worn on a chain around my neck. These partners for Makai Knights are fashioned by Makai Priests and then bonded to us. Silva detects the presence of Horrors for me, but even she didn’t know I had fought with a werewolf in disguise. All she could tell was that I was showing weird symptoms that didn’t make sense. The first full moon, though, we both figured it out.

I suppose I should be grateful to Saejima Kouga (Golden Knight Garo.) We used to be enemies (my fault, I was blaming him for something he hadn’t done) but now he’s my best friend besides Silva, and we often work together. He and I were together the first evening I changed into a wolf, and as Garo, in his armour, he was able to contain me without getting hurt or hurting me (much.) When I transformed back the next day, I had no memory of what happened and he and Silva gave me the bad news.

Kouga’s manservant, Gonza, did research on werewolves while I was still transformed, and he’d discovered that there weren’t that many in Japan. The werewolf who did it was dead – when a Horror enters your body, even after it’s gone, your body is a write-off.

None of this was any help to me, I thought, and while I’d never admit it to anyone, I was scared. But I would cope, and keep doing my job. At least I lucked out in one way; my Silver Fang armour is made of Soul Metal and not real silver (Soul Metal can burn the wearer if kept on beyond 99.9 seconds, but silver can burn werewolves on contact!) Ironically, the mask is a wolf’s head. Go figure.

Shortly after my change, I received a surprise phone call from a stranger. It was a man named Jiro, and he claimed to be the Ulfric of the Wolfen Clan from which ‘my’ werewolf had come. I guess he had been contacted by Kouga, and after hearing what happened, he decided he was responsible for me.

I tell you, I thought Kouga was a stubborn S.O.B., but this guy was even worse. He kept insisting that because I was underage and his wolf had done this to me, I needed to live with him for a while. He said I would need supervision until he was assured that I knew everything there was to know about living as a lycanthrope.

I argued, oh, did I argue! No matter what I said, he came up with a reply that meant, essentially, that he won. I tried to say that I couldn’t leave my territory – who would cut down the Horrors? He said I wouldn’t have to; I could continue my duties as a Makai Knight during this time for the most part, but that Kouga and Tsubasa (the White Knight of the North) would pick up the slack when I couldn’t. And part of that slack would include living in a secure neighborhood in a neutral, magical place (not Japan, not the U.S. or Europe – some kind of … Hammerspace … that would enable travel between countries in an instant.) I would also be attending school regularly – something I had been neglecting out of necessity, but now everyone was insisting on.

Between Kouga, my Watchdog, and this Jiro guy, I wasn’t being given a choice. Other than what I carry with me, I don’t own anything worth packing, so before long, I was heading out to move in with a total stranger. I was grateful to still have Silva with me. Even though she had agreed with everyone else about my leaving, I knew it had to be as weird for her as it was for me.

Jiro was waiting for me when I arrived at the main gate here a couple of weeks ago. I didn’t know what to expect, but it certainly wasn’t a handsome hunk in sunglasses, a satin shirt and black leather pants. From the look on his face, I wasn’t what he’d expected, either. I felt a little smug satisfaction when Silva spoke for the first time and startled him. It seemed that he didn’t have much sense of humour, but I’m used to that; I’m pretty sure Kouga had his funny bone surgically removed.

I quickly became aware that Jiro was the kind of guy who expected his rules to be obeyed without question (I guess being an Ulfric will do that to you.) I may have been new to this whole thing, but I already had a sense of the dominance structure, and I could feel the pressure of Jiro’s power in his mere presence. At first I thought the werewolf in me was going to cave totally, but I guess despite my youth and inexperience as a wolf, I have a streak of Alpha-to-be in me (at least that’s what Jiro called it the first time I told him ‘no’ to something.) He expects when I’m an adult, I could hold a high position in a pack, if I’m interested (I doubt I will be.) Then he added with a pointed look, “But adulthood is a long time from now.” The way he felt the need to emphasize that worried me a little, and the fact it made Silva chuckle worried me even more.

But there was one more surprise left that first day. There was another kid already living with Jiro as a ward; a tough, bratty, fifteen-year-old named Ookawa Genki (two things are funny about this, one is that I’m usually the resident smartass, and the second is that ‘genki’ means ‘cheerful’ in Japanese. Who had named this kid, anyway?!) We’ve only known each other two weeks and we’ve already had issues, but that’s nothing compared to the issues we’ve had with Jiro.

Now it seems there are MORE strangers moving in with us. Jiro has this American buddy who is also an Ulfric of a Clan in his own region, and it seems he’s got a couple of wards of his own that he’s training or looking after or guarding (pick one.) For some reason, the two of them thought it would benefit all of us kids if they took care of us all together. Me, I think they’re biting off more than they’ll be able to chew.

If nothing else, it’s going to be interesting, especially watching Genki get on someone else’s nerves for a change!

Nice to meet you all,

Rei a.k.a. Zero

I thought I’d better tell my own story, both for the new people and for my friends, who seem to think I’ve changed. If I have, maybe this will explain why.

The last time I was human was about a month ago. I had just finished a Tenimyu performance and had come out the usual departing exit we all use. There are always thick crowds of people there, fangirls mostly, all screaming and waving signs or pamphlets, wanting autographs. We wave to them as we descend the stairs and then all get on a bus to be taken safely away from the area. I remember getting near the end of the stairs and then noticed this one girl who stood out from the others. The reason she looked different was that she was the only one not waving or screaming – she just stood there, staring at me. In that moment she caught my eye, she licked her lips slowly.

I honestly didn’t think much of it. In fact, I figured she was paying a tribute to my Tenimyu character, Kirihara Akaya, who is a rather nasty kid who delights in destroying his opponents in tennis. There had been a part in one show where I was planning to cripple another character (played by Hiroki at the time), and I had licked my lips just like that in anticipation as part of the character. So yeah, I figured she was mimicking that.

I was wrong.

Later that same night, after I was home, I went out back to take out the garbage (what, you thought show business kids get out of chores? I wish!) I had just put it down and was turning around when I was blindsided, knocked right off my feet. Flat on my back I looked up into the eyes of this same girl, only there was something different in them, something feral. I was about to throw her off but was a half-beat too late, and she bit me on the neck.

At first I had this wild thought of ‘VAMPIRE!’, but in the days that followed, I realized that wasn’t the case. I could still handle the sun, and eating regular food was okay, although I had a strange new fascination for all things meat-related. However, I had gained amazing strength, agility, and animal senses like crazy.

I figured I’d been infected with … something, but had no idea what. I also kept hoping it would wear off or go away. I did my best to keep it secret from my friends and family, but one night came when I couldn’t pretend any longer.

The last full moon caught me out on the town. I was playing pool and not doing too badly when I started to feel weird. It seemed to come on all of a sudden, and next thing I knew I was crumpled up on the floor, groaning and writhing and then changing. I guess I changed into a black wolf right there in front of everyone, most of whom ran screaming or brandished pool cues at me. I was enraged, frightened, out of control, and probably would have hurt someone if not for another wolf, a much larger one, snatching me up by the scruff of the neck and darting out the back door with me.

I don’t remember much more of that night, but I remember waking up the next morning. I was in a strange bed, naked but for a sheet thrown over me, and a handsome dark-haired man was standing over me, offering me coffee. His name was Jiro, and he told me that he was Ulfric for the local wolf pack. He had been in the club where I’d been playing pool, watching me from a distance, knowing I would make my first change any minute. I guess as Ulfric, he was able to postpone his own change until after he had saved me.

He explained to me what I was, and how the werewolf lycanthropy virus could have been transmitted. I told him about the girl, but he didn’t know her, and figured she was a rogue. He would look into tracking her down, but in the meantime, I would have to live with him until he knew I was safely in control of my new world.

Together, we talked to my parents, and as much as they care about me, they were relieved to see me go with him. I can’t blame them, it’s not like I wanted anything to do with this situation, either. In fact, the more I thought about it, the angrier I got. That girl had CHOSEN me. Maybe she was an obsessed fan, a secret admirer, or just some psychopath, but she had brutally altered my life in a way that I would never be able to recover. I hated her, and I hated Jiro for being the only physical representation of werewolves that I had nearby to focus my anger on.

I also wasn’t too fond of anyone else. Normal people who didn’t have to worry about changing into a beast, who didn’t have to fear hurting their friends by accident – they all were a target of my frustration and loss.

It’s been a few weeks, and my next change is coming up shortly. I guess I don’t hate Jiro anymore, and I don’t think I hate other people either. Hate is very tiring, and not very conducive to a successful career in entertaining. I’m still kind of bitter, though, and I seem to have developed a sarcastic wit that my friends say wasn’t present before. Maybe after that bitch who changed me is finally caught and killed, I’ll be a little more like my old self. I’m not counting on it, though.

In any case, for better or worse, here I am. I don’t know what kind of company I’ll be – supposedly Rei is the most easy-going guy in the world and even he and I don’t get along that great yet – but I’ll try. It’s cool that Yasuka, Yuuta, and Hiroki are all here and (dare I say) having problems of their own. It makes me feel not so alone anymore.

So yeah. Nice to meet you and all that.

Genki

Guten tag! I'm Kurt Wagner, also known as Nightcrawler. I'm completely covered in short blue fur, with pointed ears, yellow eyes, fangs, two fingers (and a thumb), two toes, and a three-foot long prehensile tail. I also have a holographic inducer to make myself look human.

I'm fifteen and a new student of Professor Xavier’s. I'm a mutant who is originally from Germany, where I was raised by foster parents. It was only recently that I learned my real mother is a mutant named Raven Darkholme, better known as Mystique. What’s more, I never knew that I had a twin sister, Rogue, who was also raised in foster care. Like me, she also just learned the truth about our origins.

Rogue and I weren’t the only ones who’d been kept in the dark about ourselves. Our father, a long-time associate of Professor Xavier’s named Logan (or Wolverine), didn’t even know he’d sired us fifteen years ago. Mystique kept it all a secret, supposedly for all our safety, but who knows with her. She’s got a really shady past, and hasn’t always been on the side of the good guys. All we’re really sure of is that living with the Professor is supposed to help all four of us get used to our new … relationship … while at the same time train us to be X-Men.

Like someone explained earlier, the X-Men are a bunch of mutants who deal with the problems brought on by those who don't use their powers for good. Professor Xavier guides them all, and the adults here (including my reformed mother and dubious father) are going to teach us to use our powers as best we can to help others.

At first glance, there seem to be a lot of cool kids here, and I'm a mischievous goofball, a jokester, so I like to think I'll be pretty fun to be around. It might be a challenge getting the one named Scott to lighten up – he seems a little stiff. But I shall persevere!

I'm not only a mutant in looks -- I have a cool power, too. I can teleport! The teleportation leaves an oily, sulphurous smoke behind from the dimension I cross through when I go, and it makes a distinctive ‘bamf’ sound. I'm also as acrobatic as a spider monkey and can walk on walls and ceilings. One of the kids already called me a ‘fuzzy elf' – I guess it sort of fits. XD

Rogue’s power is absorption. If she touches someone skin-to-skin, she absorbs their life force, their memories, and if they’re a mutant, their powers, knocking the other person unconscious. The only bad thing about it is that she can’t turn it off, so she has to keep covered up a lot to prevent accidents. She was raised in Mississippi, so she has a pretty Southern accent.

Even our parents’ powers are pretty awesome. Logan has a healing factor and enhanced animal senses. His skeleton was grafted with adamantium, making him nearly indestructible while the healing factor makes him ageless (he was born in the 1800s – how cool is that?) He can unsheath six nine-inch adamantium claws from his fists at will, and I’ll tell you, the first time you see it, it will freak you out.

Mystique’s power is shapeshifting – she can look and sound like anyone she wants regardless of gender or age and can also shift into animals. She can shift just parts of herself, too, making invisible pockets on her body to hide weapons in, or to move her vital organs out of harm’s way if she’s shot. I guess all that was important in her former line of *cough* work. In her natural form, she’s got blue skin, like me, but without the fur.

I’m looking forward to getting to know the other mutants I now live with, and also all you others from this neighborhood!

Auf Wiedersehen!

Kurt

Yay! More stories with Tenimyu boys in them! What movie did Aiba have a nude scene in?!
It was a tv show he played a guest shot in -- I've got the episode but can never remember the name of it. It was pretty intense.

Here's a Youtube clip that includes some of the more important Aiba moments from the show _including_ the nude scene. :D
Let's try this again with the link. XD

Thank you! Wah. I really want to know what show this is. It looks pretty interesting.
I looked it up, it was Uramiya Honpo (the special ep, dated 2008.01.06.) It's a series about a woman who takes revenge for people, in very thorough ways.
Thanks for the info. I'm going to try and find it online.
