The following wasn't written as a fic, but rather as (edited) excerpts from a spanking RPG called ‘Spanking Refugee Vent’ or ‘Sprefvent’ for short. In it I play characters from various fandoms including Prince of Tennis, Death Note, Garo, Fruits Basket, and Gekirangers, etc. The PoT characters are based around my Changechildren AU fic, and so are not necessarily canon. Same-sex relationships are included. Please note that although spanking is the main topic in the RPG, characters are allowed to vent about other things, so not ALL excerpts may contain spanking.

Rikkaidai had a match to play late this afternoon, and if I do say so myself, Jackal and I performed incredibly in our doubles match. I hit all my special moves and never even had to take off my wrist weights. We won, of course, and when it was over, I had the pleasure of being handed my towel by Bobby, who had come to watch us. He gave me a congratulatory kiss that made my Vice-Captain growl, but was otherwise very nice.
That is, until I heard a shrill voice call out, "Tousan, Niisan is KISSING him!"
I looked over in horror to see that my parents and my two little brothers had all come to watch the match as a surprise. I was surprised all right, but I think it was more so for them, since they hadn't previously known that their fourteen-year-old son was seeing a high school aged Gaijin (Westerner) and kissing him in public
(something nice little Japanese boys aren't supposed to do.)
Needless to say I have a lot of explaining to do tonight, and I'm required to bring Bobby over to meet everyone properly (my grandmother lives with us, but wasn't at the game, so she'll be in on this, too.) Wish us luck, we'll need it. -_-;

Bobby and I were nervous wrecks when we went to my house last night. It was worse for him, because he didn’t really know what to expect, and although I was tempted to give him a dose of ‘calm’ with my power, I held back. I never want to use my power on him without his permission, and he’d never agree to it, so that’s it.
I gave him an encouraging smile and popped my gum. “Ready?”
“No,” he said honestly, and gave my hand a squeeze, “but I’m willing.”
Sometimes that’s all it takes.
I won’t go into every detail of what was said, because it was a long evening and I’m writing this between classes, but here are the highlights I remember:
Bobby, when introduced to my dad, said in perfect Japanese, “Nice to meet you, Marui-chan.” Unfortunately, ‘chan’ is an honorific used solely for girls or for very close, younger friends. After that, Bobby stuck to English and I did ALL the translating.
My mother, after accidentally splashing her hand with hot tea, had it soothed instantly by Bobby placing his hand over hers and cooling the heat out with his power. This led to explanations and demonstrations and my little brothers falling completely in awe with Bobby (not to mention my grateful mother being won over.)
My grandmother grilling Bobby on his life in America (she’s always wanted to go, but never had the chance.) She especially liked hearing about the food. XD
The dreaded ‘what are your intentions?’ question from my father, to which Bobby answered, “To get through this evening without making a fool of myself” (at that point, he didn’t realize the mistake he’d made with the ‘chan’ thing, so he didn’t know it was too late already.) I translated what he said as, “To hopefully keep dating Bunta within the guidelines of his parents’ rules.” (I’m sorry, Bobby! I just couldn’t translate what you had said! But if it makes you feel better, my grandmother knows more English than my parents, and that snorting sound she made was she trying to hold back laughter.)
All in all, it wasn’t too bad. My grandmother and mom loved Bobby, my brothers want to replace me with him, and my father didn’t say that we had to stop seeing each other or anything. In fact, he invited Bobby to spend a weekend with us sometime soon, so he can learn more about our culture while being in the heart of it.

It’s time to explain the extensive damage to the foyer, and why I was in pain all day yesterday, thanks to BoukenBrat, I mean, Black.
A little background first. Back when Mele and I were still in the RinJyuDen, a girl and guy came to our lair to obtain a blue jewel that had been owned by Cosmic Kenpō Master Pachacamac XII. We battled them, then joined forces to take advantage of the power in the jewel. As it turned out, those two were BoukenPink and BoukenRed (Pink was under evil mind control, and Red was playing along to protect her, but no one knew that until much later.)
To make a long story short, the Gekirangers and Boukengers teamed up to defeat the resurrected Pachacamac, and once Mele and I realized we had been used by him, we actually joined the good guys long enough to help out in the final battle and then we went back to RinJyuDen. Pink was released from mind control and they all lived boringly ever after.
So that’s how we all know each other, and is why Inou Masumi/BoukenBlack came to the mansion. He was consulting with Miki over another case involving some Precious or another (the Boukengers are all about Precious – rare, dangerous artifacts) that they might require the Gekirangers help on. I didn’t even know the guy was in the place until I came down the stairs to find him getting his shoes on to leave.
We both stopped to stare and said at the same time, “What are YOU doing here?!”
I lifted my chin. “For your information, I LIVE here.”
“What?” he said with a half-laugh. “What happened to that dingy castle you were hanging out in before? Did the heating bills get to you?”
“Not that it’s any of your business, but Mele and I renounced Rinki and have reformed,” I told him coolly. “We’ve joined the *cough* Gekirangers.” (yeah, okay, I can’t ever say that without choking on it a little. Eventually, yes, but not yet.)
Masumi laughed outright this time. “Who are you supposed to be? GekiBlack?”
I met his eyes. “Yes.”
“Huh.” He shook his head. “Will wonders never cease? You know, we heard about all the stuff you guys pulled before we met the Gekirangers, and some of it was pretty heinous. I’m surprised they’d let you in, and even more surprised that you think you could pull it off.”
I moved closer. “Oh really? And your own background is lily-white, is it? From what I understand, Mr. Second-Best Adventurer in the World, you were originally a thief and the ONLY reason you joined the Boukengers is because BoukenRed saved your life and you were paying back a debt to him.”
I’d hit a nerve. His smirk faded and he glared at me. “That may be true, but at least I wasn’t stupid enough to live my entire life as someone else’s puppet.”
I’ll admit it, I threw the first punch after that. He came right back at me and after that it was a free-for-all brawl. We punched, kicked, tackled, wrestled – everything but pull each other’s hair (which I guess we could have done, since we both have long hair, but doing so isn’t manly.) Still, things didn’t turn serious until I slammed Masumi back into the wall and he transformed into BoukenBlack.
It’s like being the first to pull any weapon – it gives your opponent leave to draw his own. If he could wear his suit, I could wear my armour. That’s when damage to our surroundings began piling up. My Lion-ken took out a chunk of the wall (narrowly missing BoukenBlack, who isn’t called ‘The Fast Boukenger’ for nothing) and his hammer demolished the stair railing as I leapt out of the way. Between my jyuken blasts and his energy gun and hammer, the foyer soon looked like a disaster area, and we showed no signs of slowing down until an adult entered the scene and demanded in a big, booming voice:
“WHAT IN BLAZES IS GOING ON HERE?!”
I turned and saw Grimm-sensei (Thing-sensei?) standing in the middle of the destruction we’d created, surely leaving an opening for BoukenBlack, but I heard a gasp from him and realized this was the first time he was seeing this teacher of ours. I’d had the same reaction when I’d come here – who wouldn’t upon being greeted by a huge man-mountain made of orange rock?
“Sensei,” I said, “we –“
“Get out of the armour, Leo,” he told me. By the way, he’s the only one so far who has called me ‘Leo’, and with Japanese ‘R’s and ‘L’s, being interchangeable, it’s a perfectly reasonable usage of my name (especially considering my lion connections), but it still sounds strange to my ear. He turned his gaze on BoukenBlack. “You too, whoever you are. I want to see who I’m dealing with.”
We both detransformed and Grimm-sensei took one look at Masumi then turned back to me. “Leo, you should be ashamed of yourself, beatin’ on a girl like that!”
I snorted while Masumi snapped, “I’m not a girl!”
Grimm-sensei shook his head. “Sorry, kid. What’s with boys and long hair, anyway? I thought Leo was a girl when I first met him, too.”
I stopped snickering. “What?”
He folded his massive arms. “Never mind that. I want to know if this kid is an enemy that broke into our place, because if he isn’t --”
“He is,” I said.
“I am not!” Masumi protested. “I came here to see Miki-san and Master Shafu – go ask them! Or ask THOSE guys who I am!” He gestured toward the top of the stairs and I saw a bunch of kids peering down at the destruction, including the other Gekirangers.
“He’s Inou Masumi, one of the Boukengers,” Ran said, looking troubled. “We know him.”
“Rio-sama, are you all right?!” Mele was standing in the front doorway with a couple of other kids. I looked around and saw that we were surrounded in onlookers now, all keeping a careful distance as they gazed wide-eyed at the damage.
“I’m fine, Mele,” I said, eyeing Grimm-sensei. “For now.”
“You got that right,” he said firmly. “If I don’t hear a good explanation for all this in the next two seconds, it’s clobberin’ time.”
Masumi and I looked at each other. At that moment, I wasn’t even sure what we’d been fighting over and neither of us had prepared an excuse.
“That’s what I thought,” Grimm-sensei said, grabbing my arm.
“No, wait!” I tried, but it was already too late. He went down on one knee, yanking me over the upraised one, and to my horror, jerked my pants down. I thought I heard Mele make some sound of protest, but can’t be sure, because in that moment my world exploded in pain, all centered on my backside. In between agonizing whacks of his rocky hand meeting my tender skin, I was acutely aware of not only the pain, but even more excruciating humiliation. This was happening in front of an audience, in front of my girl, in front of MASUMI! Struggling was useless; I may as well have been pinned under a concrete building slab for all the good it did me. I used all the power of control my meditations has taught me to focus on not shedding tears. No way would I allow Masumi THAT satisfaction and my own pride would never forgive me for it.
I wish I could say I was fully successful, but after seventeen cracks of hard-hand-on-butt, while no tears were falling, I know my eyes were bright with them. He released me just in time, letting me slide to the floor, where I adjusted my pants as discreetly as I could and shakily got to my feet, avoiding the surrounding eyes.
“You ought to be ashamed of yourself, Leo,” Grimm-sensei was saying. “I gave you credit for more self-control than to wreck the house like this just because you’re mad at someone.” He turned toward Masumi. “And as for YOU –“
“As for me, I’m leaving, right now!” Masumi made a dash for the door, only to find Mele blocking his path, arms extended, her psi pointed at him, ready for battle.
“Like hell you are,” she growled. “If Rio-sama gets punished for this, so do you.”
“My feelings exactly.” Grimm-sensei took hold of the back of Masumi’s neck and resumed the position he’d held with me, with the Boukenger taking my place over his knee.
Masumi was a lot noisier about this form of discipline than I had been, both in protests and in angry tears. I found out later that he’d been an orphan most of his life, and there were no adults in charge at the Boukenger headquarters, so this was probably his first spanking. Too bad for him that it had to happen in front of nearly our entire household.
When Grimm-sensei was done with him and had allowed him to pull his pants back over his hips with a hiss, he lifted him up and put a massive hand on both our shoulders. Masumi’s face was wet and he was doing the avoiding-eye-contact thing that I had been trying.
“I didn’t like having to do that to either of you,” Grimm-sensei said. “But a man’s gotta accept punishment for his mistakes, no matter how bad it is. It’s good for you, even if you don’t believe it. Especially as it’ll keep you from doing it again.”
“No danger of THAT,” Masumi mumbled. “I’m never coming back here again!”
“Too bad,” Grimm-sensei told him. “This place might be good for you. But even if you don’t, I hope you know there are no hard feelings.”
Masumi gave a short laugh that came out sounding more like a choked sob and Grimm-sensei put an arm around him. I almost felt badly for him. I was getting used to the idea of having adults who care about me around here, but I know when I first came back to the Gekirangers it took a while to trust them all, and to allow myself to accept their feelings. Masumi was probably just as confused as I had been then.
“Masumi-kun,” Miki said gently as she came over and put a hand on the back of his hair. “I’ll drive you home.”
He nodded against Grimm-sensei’s shoulder and moved away to leave with her. Mele rushed to my side and ran interference for me in getting to my room.
I don’t hold any grudges against Grimm-sensei. We DID wreck the place, and the damage is such that we couldn’t even fix it ourselves if we tried – professionals had to be brought in (and no doubt they wondered what the hell had been going on to cause it all.) I’m NOT happy about having that spanking take place in public, but if he’d tried to take me off alone somewhere, Masumi probably would have escaped, so I guess I can live with the consequences.
After I was finally feeling better, I actually called Masumi myself. I knew the Gekirangers wanted to be on good terms with the Boukengers, and someone would have to make the first step in resolving the rift the two of us had caused. Besides, Ran told me to.
As it turned out, he’d been under pressure from their leader, Satoru/BoukenRed, to do the same thing, and he sounded relieved to hear from me. We agreed that we’d both been too hotheaded and reacted impulsively (and dare we say, childishly?) Privately, we figured that we probably deserved what we got in the end, but more importantly, neither of us wanted a repeat session. So if we get ticked off with each other in the future, we’ll keep it outside the mansion.
Not likely we’ll actually fight again, though; we’ve made arrangements to go on a double date as soon as Masumi can find one (he has a snazzy sports car, and I want to see how ‘fast’ this Boukenger can take us around the city to have some fun.)
Doesn't mean I'm going to stop calling him BoukenBrat, though -- it just suits him.
